I failed at routines for years. Too complicated, too strict, too fake. Then I simplified — and it worked. Here’s how I built a routine I actually follow.
1. I Stopped Copying Influencers
Waking up at 4AM, ice baths, 15 tasks before 7AM?
No thanks. I needed a routine built for my life — not someone else’s highlight reel.
2. I Set One Anchor Habit
Mine was journaling. Just 3 minutes a day.
That one habit gave me clarity and discipline.
From there, I added more. Slowly. Naturally.
3. I Made It Non-Negotiable (Not Optional)
My rule: I don’t go to bed unless the core 3 are done:
- Mind: Journal or read
- Body: Train or walk
- Spirit: No phone for last 30 mins
That’s it. Small wins, daily.
Bottom line:
Your routine doesn’t need to be intense.
It needs to be consistent.
Build around what matters — not what looks good online.
